Terms & Conditions
Jewellery of Sophistication wants to bring you a variety of fashion costume jewellery that shimmers and sparkles or just looks good.
Unless specified, the manufacturers use either brass or mixed alloys as a metal base and rhodium plate their pieces.
We do not sell precious jewellery being real gold, silver or real diamonds.
Manufacturers may discontinue their stock items at anytime without notice, which is out of our control. We will always update our website with new an exciting products.

Shipping Charges Within Australia
Your precious goods from Jewellery of Sophistication will be handled with the uptmost care. If you choose free shipping deliveries can be anywhere from 5 - 10 working days. For faster delivery use Express Post Platinum a charge of $12 will be applied. Express Post order may take up to 3 working days for deliveries.
International Shipping Charges
International orders are welcome. Please email for shipping charges for your country. We will only use registered international post where the buyers signature is required. If you still wish to proceed with the order a manual Paypal invoice will be emailed to you to include product and shipping charges. The shipping address will need to be the same as the Paypal postal address otherwise the order will be refunded.
NO Returns Policy
Jewellery of Sophistication has a NO Returns Policy. This policy especially applies to earrings due to hygienic reasons. Please choose your product carefully as there will be no returns simply because you have changed your mind on your purchase.
Also there will be no returns based on heaviness of item, for example heavy earrings. Jewellery of Sophistication is about big glam jewellery, so if you know you can not wear heavy items or not too sure about it, then please do not purchase those items. Choose items which are more appropriate for you to wear as strictly no refunds.
Exchange only on Faulty items
All products are inspected and packaged extremely carefully prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event that your jewellery has arrived to you faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery so we can issue you with an authorisation number for your return. After this time no returns will be given. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be sent back with appropriate packaging materials to ensure that it arrives back in their original condition. If this does not occur then once again no exchange will be given. The cost of return postage will need to be paid by the customer.
Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered. Once we receive the returned item, it will be to our discretion to issue an exchange. An exchange will always be issued for faults but never for abuse of product.
If your product requires an exchange & it's not available, then you may choose another item up to the same value, or wait for the item to return back into stock, or a refund maybe issued at your request.
Special Orders
Special Orders are products that are not held in stock, however we may be able to order them in for you depending on availability with the manufacturer and the time frame we have to work with.
If you see a product you want, please email us with the product name, quantity and required colour and the date of your event. We will then inform you on the availability and expected time frame required. If you still wish to proceed with the purchase then an invoice will be emailed out to you requiring a 50% deposit of total cost of order including shipping charges. This invoice will need to be paid via PayPal or direct bank deposit.
Once your item has arrived in, another invoice will be issued to you for the remaining balance. Once that invoice has been paid then your product will be shipped out to you. Returns policy will still be applicable for special orders.
If you choose to cancel your Special Order before you have your items then only half of your deposit will be refunded to you. This is to recover cost of stock an administration charges. However, if an issue arises with your order which is out of your control, then a full refund or exchange will be given to you upon your request.
If standard stock is sold out, you may place a special order request for that item.
Time frames required - On average a special order may take anywhere between 3-6 weeks for delivery. However, please allow up to 120 days! Yes this is correct. It shouldn't take that long however items are made & imported from overseas so we do try to anticipate the worse case scenario for you. If you have a big event coming up, don't delay and place your order with us as soon as possible.
Special orders are placed once a week or once a fortnight depending on demand and quantity required.

Our Rights
Jewellery of Sophistication has the right to choose not to honour any transaction that could be or is fraudulent in any way. This decision will be at our discretion. Our fraud checks are done with every purchase before dispatch of items to ensure integrity of sale. If you are contacted by us please don't be alarmed, our checks are a part of our day-to-day processes. We do this to protect ourselves & our customers as fraudulent transactions cost consumers dearly with price increases in their purchased products. We do want to sell beautiful products to you at a fair price. If we believe that fraud is in play, we will refund your money before any products are shipped out.
